About the Richmond Hill Block Association
The Richmond Hill Block Association (RHBA) is a volunteer-led community organization committed to strengthening the neighborhood through communication, collaboration, and civic engagement.
Founded in 1974, RHBA has long served as a trusted voice for residentsβbringing neighbors together through regular meetings, community events, and an annual fair. While the association continues to grow and evolve, its mission remains the same: neighbors working together to create positive change.
